  • Develop courses, programs, and related teaching materials.

Monthly

 

·    Design academic programs, including proposing ideas and developing program frameworks, student competency frameworks, lesson plans, and supplementary materials for all levels.·    Review, revise, and proofread program-related materials.

·    Provide guidance and training to Group 2 Academic Officers in program development.

·    Oversee and deliver training for teachers and staff on MaySchool’s curriculum.

·    Communicate MaySchool’s academic programs to parents and students.

·    Evaluate the suitability of the curriculum for students and teachers.

 

·    Program-related reports, proposals, and project plans.·    Curriculum framework.

·    Lesson plans, learning materials, and teaching resources.

·    Teacher training content.

·    Training package for CS and Marketing teams on the curriculum, including FAQs.

·    Website and fanpage content…..

·    In-person or online training sessions.

  • Teacher training.

Monthly

·    Develop an overall training program overview and teacher competency framework under the guidance and coordination of management.·    Provide tutoring and mentoring for new teachers; assess teachers’ strengths and areas for improvement to develop appropriate training and support plans.

·    Organize workshops, including ideation, content development, training delivery, supervision, and post-training evaluation.

·    Guide and train Group 2 Academic Officers in training activities, including tutoring, mentoring, and workshops.

 

·    Teacher training programs, plans, and outcomes.·    Teacher competency framework.

·    Online teacher management files.

·    Workshop lesson plans and supporting materials.

  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching and learning.

Monthly

·    Plan and conduct textbook assessments.·    Observe classes, evaluate teachers in accordance with MaySchool regulations, and provide feedback on teaching performance.

·    Develop teacher training and evaluation procedures, evaluation criteria, and assessment methods under the guidance of management.

·    Training plan.·    Online teacher management files.

·    Teacher evaluation form.

 

  • Teacher recruitment.
·    Review teacher applications (CVs and audio recordings).·    Teacher interviews.

·    Schedule trial lessons and observe them, providing feedback to candidates if necessary.

·    Communicate interview and trial lesson results to candidates and the HR department.

  • Teaching.
·    Teach a class as assigned by management. ·        Class report.·        Lesson plan.
Other tasks:

As required

·    Event preparation (contributing ideas, developing program content related to your expertise, preparing materials and equipment if needed) and event participation (carrying out activities related to your professional role).·    Continuously learn and stay updated on new programs, teaching methods, and learning trends to be able to make proposals and adapt to changes.

 

·        Ideas for events/activities.·        Report on research and learning outcomes (content, topics, materials, books, resource links, and summary reports).

·        Proposals for curriculum and teaching method updates or changes.

    • Access company academic materials, including curriculum, teacher training, and quality management documents, according to assigned levels.
    • Access the professional book library and propose the purchase of professional materials to support curriculum research and training.

III. Authorities – Key Decisions / Plan Targets

  • Authorized to make decisions within the scope of this position
    • Authorized to propose solutions regarding approved modifications to the curriculum, lesson plans, teaching materials, teaching methods, and teacher training.
  • Decisions requiring approval or input from management
    • Teacher suggestions or feedback that fall outside general policy guidelines.
    • Proposals for developing new products and teaching methods.

IV. Competency Requirements

 Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages or Education.

 

 Relevant Knowledge / Expertise   

  • Understanding / knowledge in the assigned field (teaching English to children, teacher training, quality management, curriculum development).
  • Ability to analyze and approve staff proposals regarding the curriculum, teaching materials, and training documents.
  • Develop programs and train teachers in line with the management’s business direction and the Company’s educational philosophy.

 Relevant Experience

  • 05 years of experience working in a related industry/field.
  • Fluent in English (equivalent to IELTS 8.0).
