· Design academic programs, including proposing ideas and developing program frameworks, student competency frameworks, lesson plans, and supplementary materials for all levels.· Review, revise, and proofread program-related materials.
· Provide guidance and training to Group 2 Academic Officers in program development. · Oversee and deliver training for teachers and staff on MaySchool’s curriculum. · Communicate MaySchool’s academic programs to parents and students. · Evaluate the suitability of the curriculum for students and teachers.

· Develop an overall training program overview and teacher competency framework under the guidance and coordination of management.· Provide tutoring and mentoring for new teachers; assess teachers’ strengths and areas for improvement to develop appropriate training and support plans.
· Organize workshops, including ideation, content development, training delivery, supervision, and post-training evaluation. · Guide and train Group 2 Academic Officers in training activities, including tutoring, mentoring, and workshops.

· Plan and conduct textbook assessments.· Observe classes, evaluate teachers in accordance with MaySchool regulations, and provide feedback on teaching performance.

- Authorized to propose solutions regarding approved modifications to the curriculum, lesson plans, teaching materials, teaching methods, and teacher training.

- Proposals for developing new products and teaching methods.
